JAMES McCORMICK born in 1750 in East Pennsboro. He married Isabella Dixon on March 15, 1774. She was a daughter of John and Arabella Dixon. He moved with his folks to White Deer Valley in Lycoming County. He served in the Revolution and afterwards went to Augusta County, Virginia where he entered a deed in 1782. Isabella died on May 10, 1824.
